In a nutshell..

I’m a Lebanese product designer based in Dubai, currently leading the Payments & Loyalty team at Almosafer, where I work at the intersection of UX strategy, product thinking, and business impact.

With over a decade of design experience across UX, UI, and art direction, I craft user-centered experiences with the holistic perspective of a creative director and the precision of a systems thinker.

From revamping checkout flows that improve payment-to-book conversion by 5%, to launching loyalty integrations that contributed to 10% of net new revenue in a single month, I thrive on turning complexity into clarity, and insight into action.

I’m an avid “why” examiner and a firm believer in the power of reframing problems before jumping to solutions.
My problem-driven approach lets me sit with ambiguity, think systemically, and co-create design frameworks that scale.

Beyond the workflows and whiteboards, I’m passionate about designing for purpose, whether that’s through shaping product roadmaps, guiding high-impact teams, or aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a shared vision.

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me documenting slow moments, judging a book by its cover (always), enjoying the outdoors, or rewatching The Office for the trillionth time.
